While I am explaining, please don’t speak or ask questions, there will be time for that at the end. ツ
But don’t fret to ask for me to go slow. ツ

Our job as housekeepers:

As housekeepers, it is our job to make sure the hotel is tidy and clean!
You may also answer any questions and/or concerns our wonderful guests may have. ✯
To clean a room, you need to go to the reception board to confirm the user’s room.
After confirming, you go to the room and clean it.
While cleaning the room, you need to:
I. Turn off any running water.
II. Close the shower door. (If left opened.)
III. Flush the toilet.
IV. Refresh the TV to home screen.
V. Close the curtains and lights to signify that you were there.

The hotel has a desk for housekeepers.
Housekeepers MUST stay there until a guest comes to request for their room to be cleaned.
You are NOT allowed to wander around the hotel.

Our greetings:
When a guest comes up to you, you should greet them with a warm welcome.
Example:
Hello! Welcome to Blox-ton Hotels, how may I help you?
✎l You could also add your own personal twist to your greetings, but it is not required.
Example:
Hiya! Welcome to Blox-ton Hotels’ housekeeping desk, how may I help you? <3
Do NOT greet a guest like this:
dudeeeee! how is ittt? btw, welcome to mcdonalds!

We use “Blox-ton” instead of Bloxton since we have guests that has safe chat on.
Don’t use complicated English words as some of our guests are children and may not understand what you’re saying.
Example:
Ovations! This fine establishment submits its warm welcome to your presence, how may I be of assistance?

Tools as a housekeeper:
When you spawn at the hotel, you will receive IV tools.
I. Vacuum:
✔ Hold it out and pretend that you’re cleaning!
✘ Do NOT abuse this tool by running into players with it intentionally.
II. Spray Bottle:
✔ This is used to spray mirrors, windows, counters, etc.
✘ Do NOT abuse this tool by spraying it to players’ faces to annoy them.
III. Trolley:
✔ This doesn’t do anything, it’s more for roleplaying!
✘ Do NOT abuse this tool by running into players with it.
IV. Staff Card:
✔ This card will let you into any STANDARD room!
So if the guest asking for their room cleaned doesn’t own a standard room, ask them to open the door for you.
✘ Do NOT abuse this tool by going into random rooms and granting your friends or yourself free rooms. Doing so will lead to a suspension or worse, demotion.

Warning System:
While working at the hotel, you will unfortunately run into troller and/or people breaking rules and Roblox’s TOS.
But don’t fret! We have our own system of dealing with them, warnings!
Trollers and minor spammers receives lll warnings.
Whilst exploiters, people with inappropriate clothing and/or username, bypassers and mass spammers get none.
If you encounter the players I just mentioned (exploiters, bypassers, etc.) get security to cuff them and call an MR+ via the group wall or Discjord.
If you encounter trollers and minor spammers, tell them to stop before handing out warnings.
✔ A good warning example would be:
WI l Trolling l (username.)
WII l Rude to staff l (username.)
WIII l Continual l (username.)
✘Do NOT warn like this:
WI l wont pet my rock l (username.)
WII l noob l (username.)
WIII l lol l (username.)
Also make sure that the warnings has grammar and punctuation! Though you won’t be striked for forgetting the punctuation in the troll test.
Once the player has received max warnings, ask a security to cuff them and call an MR+ in the group wall or Discjord.
✔ You should call them like this:
MR+ needed, player has received maximum warnings. Join via profile.
✘ You SHOULDN’T call them like this:
AHHH! THERES A TROLLER JUDGING MEEE!!!! HELP MEE!!
If you call them like what I said not to call, it will most likely be ignored or you face consequences for it.

I suggest you do this so MR+ can easily join you:
Settings > Privacy > ‘Who can join me?’ and set it to ‘Everyone’
MRs are rank 8-12 and HRs are rank 14+.
Rank 13 are reserved for builders. LRs are Rank 1+.
Do NOT hint for a promotion. They are awarded to dedicated and hard-working employees of Blox-ton.
You can come back anytime to re-train for another position, or help train other trainees!
