1. tell me about your self ?

answer : well fisrt thank you for inviting me here today i belive i am someone who has alot of skills and work ethics i am someeone who is honest supportive reliable and trustworthy i am also someone who wants to work in a challenging work environment with the help of others i will also ensure that i provide great customer service at all times.

2 . why do you want to work at mcdonalds .


answer : i want to work in a job that involes team work flexible hours support and postivity and also one that is customer facing and locial to me its very important to me to work somewhere where i will be able to build new skills and gain new experiences and also work alongside experienced people who will provide the support needed

3. what are your strengths and weeknesses
my biggest strengths are that i am good with people i learn things quickly i am a trustworthy person and i take pride in my appearance and the quality of work that i produce .

the only weakness i belive i have is that i am impatient and i dont like waiting around for people or for things to happen whilst i do see this as a beneficial trait to have especially when i am completing tasks at work i am learning to be more patient with people and situations when they arise

5 . tell me how you would work with other people ?

answer : i'd work with other people at mcdonalds by being a supportive team member i'd also make sure im always focused on what we needed to do together to complete tasks and jobs and also making sure we all followed the relevant safety and hyenine standards i would get to know my colleagues support them if they were struggling with their particular task and always look out for them during busy periods .

6. what do you think it will be like working in the fast food industry

before i applied for a job here i thought about what it will be like working in the fast food industry i think overall it will be a brilliant experience that will enhance the skills i already have whilst also giving me new ones that will help me in the future but i know its going to be hard work and not also glamorous at times but i think it will be highly rewarding


7 . how would you handle a difficult customer

i would first remeber i am working for mcdonalds and the customer service i provide will always have to be outstanding i would remain calm and smile and be as supportive as i can and be understaning and try to fix where i went wrong at and if i cant i w ill try to get someone higher them me to try and fix the situaction


8 . tell me what you know about customer service

answer : well customer survice is very important to mcdonalds customer survice is all bout making sure everyone who visits a mcdonalds restaurant has a happy and pleasant experience
