Happy Polar Express Day
Below is our “12 Days of Fitness” Activity
You will Read the Quotes and Perform the Exercise
Start with the First Day, and then work your way up to 12.
Remember every time you add a new day, you REPEAT the previous days (just like the song). For Example, On the 5th day of fitness my teacher gave to me: 5 bicep curls, 4 push-ups, 3 seconds of jogging in place, 2 line sprints, and 1 wildcat growl.
Perform & Sing Out Loud EVERY TIME!!!!
"On the __ Day of Fitness my teacher said to do..."
1st Day: 1 Wildcat Growl (Growl as loud as you can)
2nd Day: 2 Line Sprints (from one wall of the room to the other wall directly across from it)
3rd Day: 3 Seconds of jogging in place
4th Day: 4 Push-ups
5th Day: 5 Bicep Curls
6th Day: 6 Squat Jumps
7th Day: 7 Mountain Climbers
8th Day: 8 Sit-ups
9th Day: 9 Jump and Taps (stand next to a wall with arm closest to the wall extended – then jump up and tap the wall)
10th Day: 10 Calf Raises
11th Day: 11 Jumping Jacks
12th Day: 12 Seconds of Stretching (standing feet together, touch your toes)
