Good Morning Sir,
My name is Mohit Rana. I am basically from HP but currently staying in Chandigarh. I did my graduation in ARtS from HP university. I joined the Flipkart Email process in December 2017 as a team leader and I have a total of 5 years experience as a team leader. I have 5 years of experience as a team leader. Now I am working as an aux AM in the KNE process.

2.) I will working on productivity because productivity whatever daily basis seen a trend the tenure bucket movments in terms improvement in cases has to be improve and in the performance in the bucket 60-90 and 91-120 be lots of push for productivity because in WAHA model multiple issue which are we faced but still power cut issue , system issue and internet connectivity issue which privilege still will try and incorporate because we have neck to neck manpower to handle the forecast volume and cannot miss the forecast volume .
3.) I will working on ATTR numbers because post BBD temp to perm those who selected the people still people are got better opportunity and they are moved out so this is the reason of high ATTR so now I will working closely with the team understanding the issue and make them understating that we have a lots of scope for growth prospective.
4.) I ensure that all RnP metric are taken care and are been drive very therily and so that in terms of RnP metric and all the performance Kpis are impact because revenue is very critical for ops
5.) I'll Ensure day wise there is no revenue leakage in terms of marking of the attendance in according to the WFM
