A behavioral and mental health facility did a study back in May 16 of 2019 showing the affects of what social media does to a person's physique (When social media and depression are compared, it was determined that those who used social media the most were about 2.7 times more likely to be depressed than participants who used social media the least.) behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches This shows that even something small like being on twitter, facebook, or even instagram can have negative effects on the human mind.In the end when it comes down to which is worse on the mind war, or social media it's going to be hands down war every time war but that's not saying that social media also can't have effects on the mind for as something as big of an moment as war or something as small of an moment like social media the effects on the human physique are very similar they both can make you feel shameful and can also bring upon sadness and depressed thoughts.
