When I did some more research on the ESFJ personality style I found out that ESFJ's are known as "The Caregiver" and love to be around people. They are warm and energetic and like responsibility.
In my group, I am actually the team leader. As the leader, I have the most responsibility of anyone in the group and I actually volunteered to be the leader. My personality type is one that is perfect for group work. I love to work with others and I have a positive attitude.
My presentation tip would be to practice, practice, practice! Practicing allows you to be prepared when nerves are high during the actual presentation.
