triceps kickbacks: bend at waist, keep arms and elbows glued to sides of body, and let arms only move with bend at elbow
triceps dips: keep arms to sides and elbows in, they point to the back when bent
modifications: crab and bend your elbows while you move your bum up and down, or bend at elbows and rock your upper body back
