The defendant currently representing the Secret Service (benjamin), has committed the offenses in which brings us here today. Instead of it being against Benjamin individually, I have filed it against the division as a whole as the command refused to do anything in regards to the situation(s), showing neglect. In compensation, I simply requested my reinstatement and the dismissal of Benjamin from his position as COO. I am willing to do a plea deal however, in which will only lead to my reinstatement, no dismissal.

The Defense, United States Secret Service, first issued a warning against myself for "disrespecting superiors and fellow Agents and continuing to cuss out superiors and spam," issued by Benjamin. I do not agree with this strike, but I decided to accept and avoid further trouble. I received a private notice from the director telling me to be careful, and to overall stop "disrespecting" the COO. I agreed, and we moved on. This warning was marked down as **one whole warning**. The COO placed it as 2, which can be a common mistake. I approached the COO properly addressing how it was only one warning, and he got upset, terminating me from the division because of the previous reasons (disrespecting superiors and fellow Agents and continuing to cuss out superiors and spam), in which he added on unprofessionalism and incompetence. Nothing at that time has proved my incompetence as I have just got employed last night. There are also no policies within the division from what I am aware of, nothing prohibiting the things I did formally. I never signed an agreement either stating that I can be terminated for whatever reason.

My disrespect towards superiors in something I must mention. The disrespect I gave my superior, Benjamin, was only via the discord, no other professional environment in which tarnishes the reputation of the division. My "disrespect", was my personal opinion. As per the first amendment, I am entitled to my own opinion. I am not obligated to respect this man. I do have minimal respect for him, but not what he expects. The COO expects that I treat him as a monarch (best way I can put it), constantly "sucking him off", just because of his occupation as COO. The COO is corrupt, power hungry, and incompetent at this point. I am someone who can and will stand up for myself, and speak on what I find is wrong, and definitely make sure they did wrong. Of course, I do have respect for the COO and my fellow agents when it is necessary. I will certainly do as asked by superiors if it is proper and reasonable. My superiors are not exempt from the rules, and do not deserve a level of respect which is higher then everyone else. I see everyone equal.

My actions do not require a termination in my opinion. I already received a warning, if he really wanted to further the punishment, I can be suspended.
