**How does one become a partner with Brickell?**
We have a document outlining our requirements and our application for an affiliation between our groups. Your group must be able to meet all criteria of our requirements. Once our Public Relations Department can confirm that you do, you will be asked to complete an application on a Google Document and submit it to one of our Public Relations Members. The guide is listed in the information fraction.


**Can I have safechat to work here?**
You will be able to work at Brickell Bakery with safechat only as an LR. If you are noticed and recommended for promotion to Supervising Team, you will be asked to create an alternative account without safechat in order to be an MR if your LR account has safechat. The reason behind this is because we want our customers and visitors to be able to communicate effectively when speaking with officials that represent our franchise.

**How would I get hired at Brickell?**
At the moment, we have an interview centre that provides users with the chance to get a position, it would take up to a maximum time of 30 minutes! You will take a seat, and then be asked to go into an interview room with a fellow interviewee and an interviewer. Then asked a certain amount of questions to evaluate if you're fit for a role here at Brickell.

**Who founded Brickell?**
The founders of Brickell are D_aymon, Abbixxe & AIycsa.

**What is Brickell about.**
Brickell is a bakery founded in 2020, wanting to bring up green energy all around the globe. We sell pastries, maybe something simple to get somebody through the day or something warm and crispy that will make their mouth water, our motto is. "This is where it all begins". Which means your career of Roblox establishments, has officially begun!

**WHO FOUNDED THE COMPANY?**
*The company was originally founded by D_aymonn! He created it with his friends as a joke and then it started to grow! As of that moment, Brickell started to release games and upload icons and then became what it is today!*

**CAN I WORK HERE WITH SAFECHAT??**
*Brickell does not allow any members of the community to become a working Mr+ with safechat. That is because we want to provide a safe and more understand environment towards our community. However, we do allow users with safechat to work as a Kitchen Assistant. So it makes it fair! However, working as that rank means you cannot go any higher with safechat! Meaning no promotions or anything of the sort.*

**HOW WOULD I GET HIRED AT BRICKELL??**
