Karakter Ron Weasley mengajarkan saya mengenai pentingnya perkembangan dalam suatu karakter, bahwa pada dasarnya tidak semua orang harus cakap dalam segala hal dan berbuat ceroboh ialah suatu hal yang wajar. Karakter Ron yang semakin lama terus menunjukkan perkembangan, bahwa ia dapat membuktikan bahwa ia ialah seorang pemberani dan bukanlah seorang pengecut.
