1. Składniki na spód zagnięć na jednolite ciasto. Blachę (26cm) lposmaruj masłem, ciasto wyłóż równomiernie również na boki i wstaw do lodówki na czas przygotowania masy serowej
2. Piekarnik nagrzej do 180’. Twaróg zmiksuj z mascarpone,budynkami,cukrami i aromatem. Następnie dodaj jajka w temperaturze pokojowej, zmiksuj, wylej na przygotowany spód i wstaw do piekarnika na ok 60min. 😊 Gotowy ostudź na kratce piekarnika.
3. Pomarańcze (skórka pomarańczowa i biała) i jabłko obierz, pokrój w kostkę i włóż do garnka. Dodaj cukier i cynamon, gotuj ok 5 min co chwile mieszając. Odstaw z ognia, dodaj galaretkę w proszku, wymieszaj aż się rozpuści i odstaw do ostudzenia i zgęstnienia.
4. Owoce wyłóż na wierzch sernika i całość włóż do lodówki 😊
