International Confederation of Wizards Quidditch Committee atau disingkat ICWQC adalah badan pengawas Kompetisi Quidditch Internasional dibawah naungan International Confederation of Wizards.
Peran International Confederation of Wizards Quidditch Committee, yaitu :
1. Mengawasi jalannya kompetisi Quidditch Internasional, seperti Quidditch World Cup.
2. Menemukan tempat yang cocok untuk diadakan Kompetisi Quidditch Internastional.
3. Mengatur transportasi untuk Penonton
4. Memilih wasit untuk pertandingan World Cup
ICWQC dibentuk setelah penerapan Statuta Kerahasiaan Sihir Internasional pada tahun 1692 , yang menjadikan Piala Dunia Quidditch sebagai risiko keamanan, karena kumpulan banyak penyihir mensyaratkan keterpaparan pada para Muggle . Menyusul protes massal dan ancaman terhadap Konfederasi Penyihir Internasional , komite ini dibentuk untuk menangani masalah logistik yang paling bermasalah. [1]
Peraturan tentang ukuran dan sifat maskot tim nasional di Piala Dunia telah lama menjadi sumber perdebatan di level tertinggi ICWQC. Pada tahun 1995 , sebuah mosi untuk membatasi maskot untuk " herbivora, makhluk yang lebih kecil dari sapi dan tidak ada yang bisa mengeluarkan api " dikalahkan oleh mayoritas besar, dan pendukung Quidditch telah menolak campur tangan sejauh menyangkut maskot tim.
