For example, it has been stated in many reports that many companies clear out their seasonal products through offers and discounts. Thus, both the perspectives of this notion should be taken into consideration.

Finally, considering the points on the either side of the given topic, I assertively conclude that reputation plays an indispensable role, however, the pitfalls of discounts and offers should not be ignored either, because this phenomena is too great to ignore.
