On the second day, the INSET training was started at exactly 9:00 in the morning. The opening program started by presenting what has discussed yesterday through shared feedback of some selected teachers of Angono National High School. After that, the teachers were divided into two groups for a workshop and focus group discussion on how to strengthen the making of Weekly Home Learning Plan with their respective department. Group one encompasses the ENGSCIMAFIL and group 2 encompasses MAKABAYAN. Also, some teachers preferred to have divided session with their respective department to discuss the mastery of each subject the teachers are handling.

In the divided session, each department has discussed the following: how to promote the continuous improvement of the mastery of the subject and professional demeanor in giving response to inquires; how to eliminate deficiencies in the background preparation of teachers and other professional workers in education; how to keep the professional abreast of new knowledge; how to give the much needed support to the teachers who are entering a responsibility or a new field of work especially the new teachers.

The group one was ask to integrate emphasizing the rights and obligations of a child and positive practices in teaching. The program ended with the sharing of impression of some teachers and awarding of certificates to the people behind making the event a successful one.
