which people have more privilage then the poor?
for example in front of the law rich people can hire a lawyer to defend themselves or pay their bail.
but poor people cant do theese things and that means rich and poor are not equal.
rich people can chase after their rights. but poor can not so they have the need the protect the system. and graffiti is an effective way of protesting.
