Cihazın hiçbir sorunu, kusuru yoktur. Çalışır haldedir. Kutusu vardır, kutu içeriği çıktığı gibidir ancak yanında oyun, aksesuar vs. yoktur. (Ekstra aksesuarları vs. var ancak ayrı olarak satacağım)
''Konsol'' tertemiz, fazla kullanılmadı yalnızca Game Pass ile kullanıldı. Nisan 2019'dan beri kullanılmamaktadır. Konsolun kozmetik temizliği 9.5/10 dur.
"Kumanda" ise yine işlevsel olarak tamamen çalışmakta hiçbir sorunu yoktur ancak sol anolog joystick'in üstündeki kılıf benzeri slikon çıkmıştır. Dönüp duruyor rahatsız ediyordu çıkarttık mecburen.
Kumandanın kozmetik durumu 7-8/10 diyebiliriz.
Konsol tamir edilmemiş ya da servise gitmemiştir.
