Ekokardiyografi (EKO) ve girişimsel olmayan miyokart görüntülemesi: Sol ventrikül iş- levi iskemik kalp hastalığı olanlarda önemli bir öngörümsel bir değişkendir ve EKO ile kolayca ve doğru olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu nedenle, acil ünitelerinde EKO rutin olarak kullanıla- bilmelidir. Stres EKO'su iskemiye ilişkin objektif kanıt elde etmek amacıyla stabil hastalarda yararlı olabilir.
