Hastanın değerlerinde tehlikeli durumlar söz konusudur. Yüksek kolesterol aterom plağı gelişimini ve trombüs oluşumunu kolaylaştırır. Bu kişilerde de miyorkart infarktüs gelişme riski artar.
Kan basıncında sistolün 140’tan büyük olması ve diastolun 90’dan yüksek olması hipertansiyona işarettir.
EKG’de ST segmenti ve T dalgasının yükselip sivrileştiği, patolojik Q dalgasının olduğu görülüyorsa koroner arterlerde tam trombüs gelimiştir. Trombüse bağlı miyokartta da iskemi olumuştur. İskemi gelişen dokuda da elektriksel iletimde sorun oluşmuştur. EKG’deki değişiklik bundan dolayıdır.
