1. On di akun @cocoobliss
2. Mengganti DN jadi 'OPEN' / 'ISTIRAHAT' / 'CLOSED' sesuai jam kerja yang telah ditentukan.
Contoh: COCOBI OPEN KUY, COCOBI ISTIRAHAT DUYU, COCOBI BOBOK, dll.
3. Membuat tweet setiap OPEN, ISTIRAHAT, ataupun CLOSED.
Contoh: "HAAAAIII COCOBI UDAH OPEN NIH! AYO MAMPIR Y X G KUY!"
4. Diperbolehkan berinteraksi dengan timeline, meramaikan timeline sekreatif mungkin namun harus tetap dalam batas wajar (jangan sampai spam, tidak sopan, ketus / kasar kepada pelanggan)
5. Menyapa pelanggan yang DM dan membantu mereka kalau belum mengerti cara order ataupun payment. Jangan lupa untuk FOLLOWBACK pelanggan.
Contoh:
"Siang kak! Ada yang bisa dibantu?"
"Selamat sore kak! Untuk cara order bisa dilihat disini ya :D" *insert link how to order dari pinned*
6. Jika pelanggan sudah mengirim form order, minta pelanggan untuk menunggu invoicenya dibuatkan.
Contoh:
"Siap kak. Mohon tunggu bentar ya kak, invoicenya akan dibuatkan!"
7. Jika sudah, buat catatan di dm pribadi cocoobliss agar invoice bisa segera dibuatkan oleh kasir.

8. Jika kasir sudah memberi react pada catatanmu, itu berarti kasir sudah mengirimkan invoicenya ke pelanggan. Tunggu pelanggan membayar pesanannya lewat dm ataupun mention.
9. Jika pelanggan sudah membayar, segera copas form order dari pelanggan ke dm akun kurir agar bisa diantarkan.
