5. Jika berhalangan hadir pada jadwalnya, konfirmasi kepada staff admin serta crew lain, atau kepada Human Relation The Nostimo Cafe dan cari Staff pengganti (tukar jadwal)
6. Jika ada DM dari EO/Sponsor/Klien untuk catering langsung infokan ke Kantor Cafe/PR Staff/Excecutive Chef
7. Menulis Invoice sesuai ketentuan, Nomor order sama dengan nomor invoice
8. Tidak aktif selama 2 minggu tanpa kabar maka perusahaan akan mengenakan SP I, Jika selama 3 minggu maka SP 2 dan PHK jika ketidakhadiran mencapai satu bulan
9. Semua visualisasi makanan bedasarkan file G-Drive yang dibuat oleh Excecutive Chef
10. Tidak berkenan menambahkan makanan diluar file G-Drive, KECUALI Highlight Menu, File hilang/tidak lengkap, permintaan khusus dari atasan (CEO, Co CEO, Direktur, Tamu Spesial dll dalam batas wajar)
11. Jika ada menu yang tidak ada di G-Drive, crew boleh menambahkan (jika situasi urgent) dan langsung infokan ke Excecutive Chef
12. Jika ada masalah antar crew harap diselesaikan dengan kekeluargaan. Setiap crew harus profesional, tidak mencampurkan urusan personal dengan pekerjaan
13. Staff cafe yang bertugas lebih dari 3x seminggu akan mendapatkan bonus
14. kehadiran akan mempengaruhi gradedan gaji, jika 2x berturut-turut tidak bisa on dalam jadwalnya tanpa alasan yang jelas maka akan ada pemotongan gaji.
15. Jika ingin mengajukan Resign, silahkan bicarakan terlebih dahulu dengan excecutive chef dan HRD.
Demikian peraturan ini dibuat untuk dipatuhi bersama. Adapun situasi –situasi lainnya dapat didiskusikan kemudian.
