Kiffany Cody called me and offered me to be apart of this "sacred money making opportunity" which would require an upfront investment to receive a higher return. This was in the late part of July, 2020. I have a list of messages from her and one told me that this was completely legal and that I would get my money back so it wouldn't be lost. Convinced that I had nothing to lose, I gave 1400 to her to add myself to the process. I was told that I needed to find two people and that black people have been doing this for centuries and that she knows people who cashed out, which added to my confidence that it was legal. I had serious trouble finding people to join and when I told one of my friends about it, he said it was illegal and prison could result from it. I told this to Kiffany and she said "are you aware that its dangerous to tell white people our economic plans". I felt bad for this and continued to believe it was legal despite being presented with evidence that would soon change it. A few weeks later, I looked on the FBI's web site and it gave a perfect explanation to why it was illegal and since that time, I seeked my money back to find out it was 100% gone and that I was duped into an illegal pyramid scheme. Kiffany Cody continues to lure people into this scheme and refuses to accept what she has done. I currently have access to a telegram group chat that outlines many of the actions and explicitly shows the crimes going on. I have a history of the text messages and am hopeful something can arise from this before other people are scammed.
