sleep at 4AM for 4:30 hours and wake up at about 8:30. Do whatever and at 3PM after praying dhur and sleep for 20 mins and wake up at about 3:20 then at 8:20PM after praying maghrib have the final 20 minute nap and wake up by 8:40PM

Sleep at early 10PM lets say 10:15PM and wake up 2:45 AM and have a nap at 5:45 AM and wake up at 6:05 AM and then have a nap after Asr so about 5:40 PM and wake up at 6:00 PM and then we restart the cycle
