Notes

1. ONLY give one DDPs per class YOU DO. Meaning if someone does well in
your class, send them over to the bleachers and team people the "DDPs" team THEN when you are done teaming people in your class for DDPs, use the command :add %DDPs DDPs 1 and it should give them ONE point. Make sure after that, you "Forcefield" the ones who got a point using the command :ff %DDPs. NOTE - MAKE SURE YOU TELL DPPS TO STAY AFTER CLASS SO YOU CAN GET THEIR USERNAMES AND DDPS!

2. Now for the setmessage command, I will say it AGAIN. Use the command :setmessage
and the format SHOULD look like this >>> Nikki's 3PM EST Advanced Hip Hop Class! - DDPs: Timing - Co: None! It should be in that format with your name, the time with EST, what class it is, what they are getting a DDP for, and who is the co host. There should be ONLY ONE co host.

3. DONT play favorites. Don't give your friends or favorite dancers
more than one point. You will be automatically demoted.

4. When your class is DONE, delete the set. So another coach can use the studio and start
building for THEIR set. Make sure You block doors so dancers can't see the set! Let
it be a surprise!

5. When you start class and start notifying dancers and you see late people
coming in and asking "Can I join" say "No, I'm sorry you are late! Wait
until the next class starts <3" Make sure you make a see through border
so dancers could watch.

6. Please do not use the command :n UNLESS It's important during class!

7. DO NOT ABUSE ADMIN

8. You ONLY kick people if they get 3 warnings. You say the command :warn (player name). If they continue after 3 warnings, you respawn them, if they continue more after that, Kick them from the server! Make sure you explain WHY you kicked them. So like :kick Fiercenikki For being rude to staff. You don't ban people unless they do something SO severe. EX- Exploiting, scamming, etc.
9. You aren't allowed to give your self a point. To get a point, you must tell me what class you did.

10. Do not argue with dancers, be the bigger person and try to be respectful towards them. If they continue, give them a warning.

11. When you host a class, make sure you team your self "[-] Host" by using the command :team me Host If you're a co host do the same thing but team your self co host! If you're a coach that's not hosting, feel free to put your self in the "HR/MR" section!

12. Okay so, COACHES, listen up to this one, after you get the names of the people who got DDPs, come to the discord server, go to the channel #ddps-and-rankups and put the names of the people who got a DDPs in that class!

Here's a layout example:

DDPs FOR (Name of class and the name of person who hosted it with the date!)

- Fiercenikki12 - Earned 1 DDPs - Total - 1
- PrincessEtain - Earned 1 DDPs - Total - 1
(And continue this for those who earned that in class!)

Same thing goes for ranks! Who ever ranks up with the correct amount of DDPs, Go over to the #ddps-and-rankups
channel and make sure you use this format for those who got ranked!
