1) The truck we dispatched having a major issue with the engine. The driver is not able to run the truck. we are trying to get this resolve as soon as possible.
I don't have a solid ETA yet. Will update once we the ETA from the drive

2) This is to Notify you that driver is running behind due to truck issues(Check Engine light), Will update the ETA soon once the truck gets fixed.

3) Please check this load driver is having issue with the truck. There is def light on the dashboard. Truck in on de-rate and its not moving more that 5 miles/hr. He is taking the truck near by shop for diagnoses. We'll keep you posted.

4) This is to inform you that Driver is running behind, as previously assigned driver having a family emergency so we have to dispatch a new driver over this load.
The new driver already routed to the delivery location and can reach the consignee by ______
Please let us know if the consignee can take the driver as per given ETA!

5) This is to inform you that driver is facing power loss issue and he cant make the delivery as per scheduled appointment.
Please let us know if we can deliver this in Evening, either you are requested to provide us new appointment for tomorrow.

6) - This is to inform you that driver is running behind, as the driver was performing regen earlier. Driver's ETA to consignee 1230.
Please let us know if the consignee can take the driver as per the given ETA.

7) This is to notify you that driver can't make the delivery as per scheduled appointment due to truck issues. There is red engine light on dashboard and not able to move. Our safety team is working on this. We'll keep you posted.

8) The driver just called and informed us that there's some mechanical issue with the truck. It's not going above 5 miles per hour and showing check engine light on the dashboard.
He is trying to get it fixed manually right now, if its not fixed then we will need to take it to the dealer for repair and get it fixed.
Hopefully he will get it fixed manually. Will keep you posted and apologies for delay here.

9) - This is to notify that the driver will not able to make the delivery as per scheduled time as tire got blow out. Our service team is working on this. Will update you the ETA shortly.

10) This is to notify you that the driver is running late for delivery due to regen issue in his truck. ETA right now seems to be 10/7. Will keep you posted if anything changes.

11) This is to inform you that driver is running behind , as the previously assigned driver got some family emergency and it took some time us to put new driver over this load. Driver's ETA to the consignee is Friday @ 1200. You are requested to provide us the new appointment as per given ETA.

12) I need to see about scheduling a delivery appointment for this load. Driver's ETA is 9/17 afternoon, if you have any available time slots for delivery. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

13) The above mentioned load will not be able to get delivered tomorrow and we would need a reschedule. Still trying to confirm the exact reason of delay here and a tentative eta to schedule an appt. 14) We are sorry to inform you that our driver is running late as there was a communication barrier that the driver misunderstood the time of the appt. So driver running as per that time. Driver's ETA @1800 (8/18) to consignee. Please let us know if consignee can take him at the given ETA either you are requested to reschedule t he appt for (8/19).

15) we need to reschedule this for Tuesday, driver had to do an unscheduled 34hr reset due to ELD glitch; we will be placing a new driver on this tomorrow
