-start the video off with a bit more energy in voice, literally just for first 30 seconds at least (force urself to be excited about what ur talkin bout but dont overdue it to point of being fake, ive made that mistake before)
-intro editing and pop ups are great for socials and face cam is good but its not great when you dont have a shirt on for the intro, no shirt during com/gameplay who give a fuck lol but also could affect ur monetization poorly(kinda seems like you dont care if u dont wear a shirt, not tryna be rude at all, its just kids/viewers feed of ur vibes)
-the like for crush text is good idea but i kinda feel like ur viewers r smarter than that so if u give them a real reason to sub and like with notis then they have more of an actual insentive, I personally would go for like sub for daily videos and to stay up to date on all the best classes, news, and cod tips and tricks, or like saying youtube says only 15 % of my viewers are subbed, set a goal and then say its completely free so y not, or its the best way to support you it was I often say (i could be wrong here just gotta find what works for you)
-editing is good in intro, i like sounds and cuts, you could also just ad a slide of the cam on screen with a swoosh noise for intro and a slide of the screen when u go to the class setup (not necessary tho, also i liked the animated guy u had real quick as a jump cut
-might be my openback headset but i think u could turn down the background music a bit to hear ur com better and game sounds
-also the social pop ups and like pop ups on screen r good but i think i saw three in first minute and half (i recommend spreading thru vid a bit more)
-idk where best spot for face cam is in cod mw but i think u might be able to find a better spot but i could be dum (i would just copy swagg or whoever uses cam in all vids/streams and use that same spot, you dont even need a border tbh lol)
-the gameplay and commentary after ur intro/class setup is perfect, ez high qual gameplay good com with cam and u dont gotta edit it much at all and it still is a high qual vid if u do that stuff in beginning i think
-also idk how u do ur vids/recordings but I usually like to say like if you enjoyed and sub for more daily content at the end as an outro since it makes sense to ask for support after they already consumed content
-idk if u like them but i personally find i actually get a lot of clicks and subs from youtube studio end screen pop ups, you could put them next to ur thank you for watching outro

cant think of anything else, ur vids are really good overall (idk much about mw titles and cod tnails and that stuff tho so idk what works good for u for that)
