Notes

I woke up and ate cereal as usual. I dressed up for school. I made toast, but the next minute it was burning. I took it out and put two more and as soon as it was ready, I made it into a sandwich. I dumped ten packs of Skittles. I put on my velvet and pink star shoes and headed off to school. On the way to school, I bumped into Annie, my Bff. ''Oh, hi! How are you, Ann?'' I asked with my frown turning into a smile. ''Tired!'' Annie said. ''Yesterday, I had to stay up to finish my exam for—'' Before she could continue, a dog growled at us and was looking straight at us. He was heading toward us!!! We ran until we reached the school. We closed the door behind us and ran into our classroom. ''Christopher Columbas traveled to—. Why Annie and Bridget, you are late!!'' ''Sorry! We got chased by a wild dog!!! We didn't mean to—'' ''No excuses! You will stay in from recess!'' I sighed. I sat in the corner and open my notebook. ''So... as I was saying Christopher Columbas traveled to where?'' asked my Teacher. Angie, the smartest in school raised her hand and said: Christopher Columbus sets sail in command of three ships—the Santa Maria, the Pinta, and the Nina—on a journey to find a western sea route to China, India, and the fabled gold and spice islands of Asia.'' I rolled my eyes. I am only the 20th smartest girl in school! That's like a decade away from being the smartest in school!
