Waby being an "Owner" of the server, means she should stand for, and represent the core values of this server. I just want to point that out first and foremost. Earlier in the week, she took out personal feelings towards a member of the server by abusing her powers. She abused her powers by repeatedly disconnecting Solace, someone she has openly said she dislikes, from VC several times throughout the day. This is not only blatant abuse of power, but harassment, and straight-up bullying. For her to do this, for there to even be proof of her doing it, and for NOTHING to happen is just ridiculous. It shows that we are no better than what we were in Leisure. We aren't addressing problems, we are just gliding past it as nothing happened and ignoring the problems that come up because of it.
And, as a side note, Xael, another member of the staff team was asked a few times by the member for help, but completely ignored the requests for help. He was actually not really heard from throughout the day, until later in the day, when the incident had blown up further and false allegations of solace threatening Waby had shown up. His lack of action, in the beginning, shows a complete disregard for his duties as staff to help members in need, and his explosive reaction towards solace when there were false allegations of solace threatening Waby shows his inability to keep his personal relationship within the staff team separate from his duties as staff.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not asking for her to be permanently banned, or even to be completely removed from staff. Because she does in fact bring a fantastic spark to the server overall and can be a valuable member of the steam when it comes to staff. I just want her to face SOME kind of repercussions. I want to actually know that I didn't leave leisure, to join another server that stands for the same gross misrepresentation of justice. And I also don't mean to necessarily "attack" Waby. I mean to stand up for what's right, and to call out when the server is straying from the path that it had when we all joined it.
