4. Ang covered po ng Life Protect ay 34 Critical Illness like Cancer, Heart Attack, Kidney Failure. And once po na nadiagnosed ng isa sa critical illness na covered natin, 100% po ng sum assured ang maipoprovide which is 500k. Second, Terminal Illness Benefit. Once po na nag advice si Doctor na may taning na ang buhay, 100% po ng sum assured ang maipoprovide which is 500k. Third, Death Benefit, dito po kung 1st day pa lang and naka encounter ng worse event due to any cause, example: death, sickness, accident or bangungot, 100% po ng sum assured ang maipoprovide sa inyong beneficiaries, which is 500k so automatic stop na rin po ang payment. Fourth, No Claims Benefit, if after 10 years, never po nakapag claim sa program, guaranteed po na may maibabalik sa inyo na 50 times ng inyo pong monthly premium. So dito po, there's no reason na hindi po kayo makakapag claim kase may mangyari man po o wala, may marereceive pa rin po kayo na pera. We have 180 days waiting period away from pre existing condition.

5. 2 policy naman po ang inyong marereceive, isa pong soft copy sa inyong active na email address at isang hard copy sa inyong preferred na billing address kung sa home or office address at iyon po ang katibayan na nakapag enroll po kayo sa plan ni BPLAC. And very convenient po ito para sa inyo since hindi na kayo magfifill out ng form and no need for physical and medical requirements. And for the charging/payment naman po, auto-debit na po ito sa inyong inonominate na Citibank Credit Card.

6. Lahat po ng nadiscuss ko sa inyo ay nakaindicate sa inyong policy na marereceive nyo po within 30 days upon successful billing of your monthly premium. To process your enrollment, Ask ko na lang po kung san nyo po prefer na mareceive ang inyong policy? Sa home address po ba or sa office address? Kindly state na lang po over the recorded line.

8. Thank you for availing BPLAC Life Protect Health Your coverage will take effect upon successful billing of your initial MONTHLY premium on your nominated CItibank Card. You'll be notified on the status of your application by BPLAC.

And your BPLAC Critical Life Saver Policy will be delivered to your preferred mailing address within 30 days upon successful billing. Upon receiving the policy contract, you may refer to the document for full details on the critical illness definitions, exclusions including the pre-existing conditions and other limitations. If you decide that this plan is not suitable to your needs after reading the policy contract, simply return the document to BPLAC within 15 days from the date when you or your authorized representative received it and we will refund to you the total premiums you have paid.

Your benefit under this policy will be paid directly to you. In the event of death, the benefit will be paid to your first surviving class of the following beneficiaries.
