notes about cross-cultural_ adjustment :
on certain core values of our culture, such as “be an 
individual,” “might is right,” or “time is money.” it's exciting how can the same core values mean something different in different countries .
the first 5 paragraphs talking about ,
( he is talking about how living in other places can be fun and excting also u can experience a lot of things . And how can the same core values such as "might is right," or "time is money." is different from a culture to a culture .
and based on these values each person create his own personal motivation of the way to experince things .
and in a different culture our normal responses to the things will become no longer enought or good for us depends on the ways of our behave . and we might feel lost at the beginning because the new rules and cultral things are different from the one we are used to it . And you just need some time then u will be able to make friends and speak with them and the life will be easier .

stage 1 and 2 : is talking about the people who goes to other countires and don't know a lot about their culture or how the way things work. and the more they know about it the more they get confuesd and get lost , and try to avoid contact with others and spend most of his time with friends from the same counrty . Also he will start think that the rules in that country are stupid
stages 3 and 4 : and that might make u miss many opportunties and exciting experinces . and u must ask queastion and try to experince as much as you can because that will help u to learn . Also don't be afraid of making mistakes because will always be something hulpful and good for you . that will make it easy for you to be fimilair with the new culture and be ready to enjoy it .
stage 5 : positive adjustment communication and paying more attention to the detalis or the differences in the values and how the people u know act , and knowing how important it's to understand and explore all the meanings .
