* SEJARAH :
Mantra ini ditemukan pada abad ke 18 oleh Levina Monkstanley, di Kementrian Sihir di tahun 1772 untuk mencari pena-nya disudut ruang berdebu.
Garvin Lügner, penyihir asal Jerman, mengklaim bahwa ia yang menemukan mantra tersebut ketika dia mengembangkan Bubuk Kegelapan instant. Belakangan diketahui bahwa Lügner telah berbohong tentang penemuan jimat dan bahwa Bubuk Kegelapan Instan miliknya tidak melakukan terlalu banyak hal selain sedikit meredupkan lampu.
* FAKTA LAIN TENTANG MANTRA :
1. Cahaya yang dihasilkan hangat dan beresiko memicu barang yang mudah terbakar jika tidak berhati-hati.
2. Mantra ini juga dapat mengusir hantu dan Gytrashes. Mantra ini juga dapat memunculkan secara ajaib arsitektur tersembunyi seperti ambang pintu.
3. Mantra ini dapat digunakan meski tidak memegang tongkat. Tongkat akan tetap bersinar setelah pengucapan mantra walaupun jaraknya cukup jauh.
4. Jika dirapalkan di sebuah gua, area yang diterangi kurang dari yang diharapkan, karena kegelapan di dalamnya tampak lebih padat dari biasanya.
