Customers may want to change the Billing Address on their account if:
Credit/Debit Card Billing Address changed
Moved to a new location
At the moment of Account creation, wrong/invalid billing address set (i.e. apt # missing)
The Billing Address is the address used for Billing purposes.
The Billing Address must match the address on the Customer’s Credit/Debit Card.
The Billing Address will be used for all Device and SIM Card Shipments
Shipping Address
The Shipping Address will be used for all Device and SIM Card Shipments
The Shipping Address cannot directly be changed. To update the Shipping Address, the Billing Address must be updated. After updating the Billing Address, it will take up to 24 hours for the Shipping Address to update.

Important:

The Shipping Address cannot directly be updated.
The Billing Address must be changed in order to update the Shipping Address.
Updating the Billing Address will not immediately update the Shipping Address. It takes up to 24 hours after updating the Billing Address, for the Shipping Address to systemically update.
If you need to ship a new SIM Card or Device to the customer, do not process the shipment until the Shipping Address has updated. May need to wait up to 24 hours.

Customer will be brought to the Home Screen
Customer will select the number of lines they want to add and then click Get Started

Customer will select New mobile customer

Customer will enter in their zip code to verify if service is available in their area

For serviceable area, customer will be brought to the Cart
Customer will be presented with Zip code is not in a serviceable area message if Altice Mobile is not available in their area. If Zip Code satisfies both criteria (Altice USA footprint and Sprint coverage), consult with Customer Care through the authorized channels if the error is valid and provide feedback to customer.
Customer will have the ability to Keep their number or get an Altice Mobile number

If Customer decides Get an Altice Mobile Number, they will just need to select Bring your own phone

Customer decides to select keep my current number
Telephone number eligibility will be performed
Customer will enter their 10-digit telephone number

Customer will get Your number is eligible to transfer and then click Ok

Customer will be brought back to the Cart screen and click Bring your own phone

Device compatibility check displays, where the customer will enter the 15-digit IMEI#
Note: For assistance finding the IMEI number, the customer can click on Find IMEI in settings

Device is compatible message will display, click Continue

Customer will be brought back to the Cart screen and click Proceed to checkout

Check Process consists of five (5) steps:
Create Account
Account, billing and shipping address
Shipping Method
Payment Information
Service Agreements
Customer will enter the information required to create their account
Enter email
Password
Password must be at least:
8 characters long
Contain lowercase letter
Contain a capital letter
Contain a number
Enter Access PIN, which must be numeric
Enter Empolyee ID or Optimum/Suddenlink account ID
Click save and continue

Customer will enter account billing and shipping address then save and continue
Address verification screen will display, and customer will click Yes this is my address to proceed

Customer will then be brought to the Shipping method which will default to Two-day Free Shipping

Customer will then have to enter their payment information and click save and continue
Note: Billing Address for the card being used must match the Billing Address being used for the Altice Mobile account

Customer will then be brought to the Service agreements
They will have to scroll down to the end of the agreement details to check the I have read and accept the service agreement
After checking the box, the will click Agree and continue

Place Order will now be enabled, and can be clicked to complete the order
