At first let me thank you for all the work you did for iLogic.
I know you put up a lot of effort to stay as part of ilogic family. But unfortunately we have reason to believe that you are underskilled at the moment and do not fit for us. For the following reasons we had to remove you from our team.
# Under skilled workers are not allowed.
# We only hire people who is a self learner in case of things he donno how to do.
# We cannot keep stuff as trainee who would sabotage other skilled workers productivity.
# We dont like those worker who would easily give up on things he didn't do before.
# A workers role, responsibility and progress must be fast enough and transparent to us.
Our decision is final and we hope you understand we make this type of decisions for the better future of ilogic.
When you have enough skill and experience we would like to give you a second chance.
