Auslöser war der USDA-Bericht der letzten Woche, der eine weltweit sehr knappe Versorgungslage prognostizierte und damit einen weiteren sehr starken Preissprung an den Terminmärkten und am Kassamarkt auslöste.
Und in der neuen Woche steigen die Getreidepreise weiter. Im vorbörslichen Handel in Chicago stehen bei allen Getreidearten und bei Ölsaaten grüne Vorzeichen. Das dürfte die Kurse für Weizen, Gerste und Mais auch in Europa noch weiter nach oben treiben.
Am Freitag hatte der vordere Weizenpreis an der Matif (September) den Handel mit einem Plus von 8,75 Euro bei 254,50 Euro pro Tonne beendet. Damit haben die Weizenpreise fast wieder das letzte Rekordhoch von Anfang Mai erreicht.
Am Großmarkt und Exporthafen Hamburg wurde der Brotweizen am gleichen Tag mit 256 Euro gehandelt. Am wichtigsten französischen Exporthafen Rouen notierte man den Brotweizen am Freitag mit 258 Euro je Tonne.
Für Futtergerste wurden in Hamburg am Freitag 217 Euro je Tonne geboten – 10 Euro mehr als vor einer Woche. Noch deutlich mehr Geld bekamen die Lieferanten von Gerste (wegen der Exporte nach China) am französischen Exporthafen Routen – nämlich 245 Euro je Tonne. Das dürfte auch die deutschen Gersten-Preise weiter nach oben ziehen.
Am Montag Nachmittag werden für Futtergerste in Hamburg Preise von 233 Euro je Tonne geboten – ein sehr deutliches Plus zum Freitag. Brotweizen notiert am Exporthafen Hamburg Montag Nachmittag bei 256 Euro je Tonne und Futterweizen wird mit mit 254 Euro je Tonne notiert.
