SariAgri - Dirjen Prasarana dan Sarana Pertanian (PSP), Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan) menegaskan penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi bisa dilakukan secara manual. Menurut dia, petani tetap bisa mendapatkan pupuk subsidi meski belum memiliki kartu tani.
"(Ada atau tidaknya kartu tani) tidak berpengaruh terhadap penebusan pupuk bersubsidi," ujarnya saat dihubungi SariAgrid.id, Selasa (11/5/2021).
"Tidak masalah karena penebusan pupuk subsidi bisa dilakukan secara manual sesuai dengan Permentan Nomor 49 (Tahun 2020)," lanjutnya.

Sarwo menjelaskan, jika ada petani yang mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan pupuk subsidi dapat langsung melaporkan ke Kementan. Nantinya laporan itu akan ditindaklanjuti lebih dalam.
"Seharusnya tidak (ada kendala dalam penebusan pupuk subsidi) karena (petani) bisa bikin surat ke Kementerian nanti kami akan menindaklanjuti sehingga kiosnya bisa diganti," tegasnya.
Namun, dia mengingatkan petani yang akan menebus pupuk subsidi harus memperhatikan kuota yang ditetapkan Kementerian. Jika jumlahnya sudah melebihi kuota, petani tidak bisa mendapatkan pupuk subsidi.
Terkait penyaluran kartu tani yang masih tersendat, Kementan akan terus mengingatkan Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara) untuk mempercepat proses pencetakan kartu tani.
Berita Pertanian Terkini "Kementan sudah koordinasi dengan Himbara yang bertugas mengadakan dan mendistribusikan kartu tani tersebut. Kami juga terus mengingatkan kepada bank penyalur untuk mempercepat proses pengadaan kartu tani tersebut," pungkasnya.
