I was a little bit nervous about purchasing something online for such a small thing but he assured me that it was a local store. He said that he would be honest with me and let me know if I made a mistake by letting him do it. I wasn't going to let him get away with it so he took off and started to go up to his car. I followed him and noticed that he was putting oil in his cigarette lighter and I decided to stop him from doing that.
He told me that it wasn't allowed because it was a safety hazard. I already feel more comfortable with Valvoline because of their customer service and everything they stand for. He also recommended that I look into full synthetic oil changes because they have really good prices. If I ever find myself in this situation again I will definitely call Valvoline to have my engine checked because I know that I am in good hands now.
