Week 1 Assignment:
1. My target customers are final-year students who will be graduating at the end of the semester. I aim to address their primary concern of life after graduation ie. adulting.

2. To address the aforementioned needs, lintend to introduce a series of resources like cheatsheets, online courses, and self-help books as a guide to help thenm start out.

3. I will survey current university students who are in their final or penultimate year of study. Areas of relevance will include demographics, their concerns post-graduation as well as the current economic climate The service will be promoted on social media piatforms such as Instagram. Twitter and Tiktok. Collaborations with other institutions such as banks and e-commerce. sites to offer exclusive deals are also vlable.

Week 3 Assignment:
In module 1 this was what I proposed:

I will be targeting new wind band musicians and address their needs of guidance and teaching materials. The product will aim to guide the new mušicians in their specific instruments by providing an online subscription service where they can subscribe guidance. These customers are usually young and still finding out what they want. It is difficult for them to commit. Hence the subscription based plan is flexible and allows them to pay as they their specific instrument for wish at a low cost.

1. Cost range is 500k to 2 million

2. I will spend the money to build the website, database, marketing and also ways to incentivise tutors and students to sign up.

3. Angel investors, because this application is not aiming to profit but to provide a good platform for tutors and students to connect

4. If required return is 500k and projected value is 2mil. The required ownership is 25%. If the invested amount is 1mil, the post value valuation is 4mil and pre-money valuation will be 4mil-1mil =3mil.
