The GP Exercising Referral Programme in its current structure is no much longer being delivered by simply the HSE considering that 2013. GPs will be no longer referring their patients onto the programme and Local coordinators in leisure facilities will be no longer taking referrals under the particular national programme remit. In www.kimmagefamilypractice.ie , the analysis with the programme recommended a new Exercise Referral Platform for Ireland be considered by HSE Management over arriving months.
This internet site will remain active until the end involving August 2015 so that GPs/the general public can search for facilities who employed to deliver the plan and see if any have established some kind of local referral system.
