i graduated from kocaeli university industrial engineering department i had to chance to 5s project as a green belt engineer at borusan its long term internship after that i worked at national defense university as teaching assistant my duties were creating content and making presentations about administration and organization lesson while my military obligation
but i want to be IT guy through my whole life. so i was go to some courses about C++, php, C#. and i realized hybris at school SAP lessons. and i had started work for model company on January 2020. model company is partner of arcelik. support them about erp. i am part of hybris support team. and i took part in new website project.
if you wanna i can explain my duties:
support and control e commerce
it means marketing teams gives me info about products and how much discount on them after that i edit on hybris.
testing tasks at qa site. it means we need to improvement or fix bugs. so i do some test about them if there is a editorial problems i fix. if code problems i contact to developers then discuss how to do it right. when they fix i test again. if ok deploy to live site.
i creating story and task about projects.
another one is response calls came from customer services. like customer call to service and said i cant login my account. services teams create call and i check how to fix again if editorial problem i fix, if code problems creating task.
