Look in the Mirror - What Do You Really See?
Who are you? No really, WHO ARE YOU? If you truly know who you are you would probably know how to answer difficult or conflict situations. But most people have no idea who we are inside, so we avoid or simply begin blindly in terms of handling difficult situations.
For example, possibly the individual that the thing is that within the mirror you suspect to become stable and creative with a healthy emotional expression. That person includes a mixture of strength, sensitivity and creativity that you admire - yet others do too because they've stated all the. But what you do not see or chose not to acknowledge will be the insecurity and self-doubt that lies just beneath the top. Yes, that is certainly you, the actual you. That air of confidence that everyone admires can also be hiding your insecurity and self-doubt.
Now you are aware you have these underlying issues, don't you think pretty sure that possibly the way you handled past conflicts was based solely on these traits and not the air of confidence which you created there for everyone to view. It's the insecurity and self-doubt that drives your need to express your anger or resentment each and every time, regardless of what. And you analyze everything to death which only puts you into deeper hot waters.
So if you look inside mirror, so what can the thing is? Perhaps what you see is someone who carries around an advanced of frustration; everyday you feel as if about to catch being heard; at work you feel misunderstood; your relationships usually revolve around fighting and arguments. Is that what the thing is when you look in the mirror? He says, "We don't begin our climb in the summit (in the mountain); we begin down with the base, so when we ascend through childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, we encounter a time of preparation, initiation, and training..."

Don't hide your weaknesses, bring them out and confront them. When you acknowledge what they are, you can better understand why you re-act to particular situations the way that you do. Again, look inside the mirror, exactly what do the thing is that? Someone who is open to new ideas?
