and am i also correct when i say that you never saw him taking steroids?

it was a blind accusation?

am i wrong when i say that a blind accusation like this may have added to the tensions between you two?

in fact these tensions grew so much that a few weeks prior to the major "accident" YOU initiated an altercation between yourself and the deceased, am i right?

now onto that major incident, in the stairwell it was your back that was against the wall correct?

and yes or no, it was Cervus' back that was infront of that thin, glass window.

now mr./mrs. tigris did you know that that window was there? (if yes skip next 3 questions)

but mr./ms. tigrs, there were 14 others just like it on the way up correct?

am i wrong when i say that the work out group had ran that exact same route multiple times before?

However in all of these previous encounters, you never took notice to the windows?
