<p class="p__1">Sloan then went on to establish her own brand name of paint, Chalk Paint, in 1990. At first the paint was manufactured in Belgium. She opened her very first store in Headington, Oxford, in 2000, where she sold her paint, as well as materials and ready-painted furniture. Her book Colour Recipes for Painted Furnishings and More was released in 2013.</p>
