My sky blue eyes drifted off and over to the crown sitting on my nightstand, a golden tiara with a blood red gem sitting on the middle, decorated with a few other gems of various shades of red.

I would soon become queen, being a princess was so easy, but a queen? Ruling a whole kingdom? No thanks. But there's not way I'd get out of this.

My mother is too old to rule as queen by herself, my father's dead, and now my mother, our queen, has arranged a wedding for me, and a coronation will soon follow.

I had to clear my head.

I slowly walked to the door and opened it, it made a small creaking sound, nobody heard it though, thankfully...

I walked slowly, making sure my heels wouldn't made any noise, when I finally reached the door at the back of the castle, I opened it slowly.

The air felt cooler out here than the air in the castle, I closed the door slowly, and walked over to a small bench.

The place was filled with different types of flowers in small groups, Roses, Tulips, Daisies, Hibiscuses, Gardenias, you name it.

This small white bench was outlined with a tint of gold, it sat at the middle of the field of flowers, and a small path could be seen under the small, dim lights they leave on here at night.

Suddenly I felt something grab me from behind, my mouth was covered and breathing got harder, I kicked and tried to grab onto something, but I couldn't, and I got weaker and weaker.

Soon I saw nothing but darkness.

And I when I woke up, I wasn't in the castle.
