more reason for madivist genocide:
-Madivism's fervent displeasure with violence means they alienated many people. Matteo and Hiroshi's followers composed of little to no Madivists
-supported by the aristocrats who want to take over Madivists' positions in the government
-information suppression: madivists were rigorous archivists and information keepers, and they freely shared that information. that spawned critics and independent thought, and *grew* madivism. That motivated the Pendiris to start interacting and schooling their administrative units themselves, to have people pledge allegiance to *them* and interrupt the growth of madivism
-There were division between madivists where some of them were extremely faithful of the Waterbornes and pendiris for their direct relations to Madivi. These ideas were fanned by arranging outspoken Madivist advocators of Pendiri worship with pendiris, and slowly dragging them out of Madivism into Pendirism. These people were appointed to the higher positions, gradually replacing the more critical and non-complacent madivists. many were married to Pendiris to secure their allegiance
-The genocide of the madivist is what galvanized more dissent in the commonwealth nations (fearrr)
