SariAgri - Padi Inpari Sidenuk merupakan varietas unggul padi hasil inovasi yang menggunakan teknologi nuklir dan telah memperoleh sertifikasi dari Kementrian Pertanian. teknologi pertanian Varietas Ini merupakan salah satu padi hasil pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan nuklir di bidang pertanian.Nama Inpari Sidenuk sendiri singkatan dari Sidedikasi Nuklir. Varietas ini berasal dari jenis padi Diah Suci yang diradiasi sinar gamma dengan dosis 0,20 kGy dari 60 Co.Padi Inpari Sidenuk cocok ditanam di ekosistem sawah dataran rendah sampai ketinggian 600 m dpl dan tidak dianjurkan ditanam didaerah endemik tungro dan blas.
Galur mutan padi sawah ini mempunyai beberapa keunggulan sepert potensi hasil tinggi, persentase rendeman beras kepala tinggi, agak tahan terhadap wereng batang coklat biotipe 1, 2 dan 3 serta tekstur nasinya pulen.

Selain itu, Inpari Sidenuk memiliki ciri seperti, warna daun dan batang hijau, bentuk gabah ramping berwarna kuning bersih dengan jumlah gabah per malai 175 hingga 200 butir dan memiliki potensi hasil 9,1 ton per hektar gabah kering.Di Kabupaten Buleleng penanaman Padi Varietas Inpari Sidenuk telah dilaksanakan sejak Tahun 2018 melalui demonstration farming di lahan BBU Tangguwisia seluas 1,5 hektare.
Adapun di Kabupaten Pekalongan sudah terjadi surplus beras 90 ribu ton dengan Inpari Sidenuk di 2019.
