In order to check the eligibility, customer can send an SMS 'DCEMI' to 57575 to check eligibility and customer will receive an SMS immediately with an update. Post which Customer will get an SMS if they are eligible with the bank name details and if they are not eligible, the same will be communicated and ask the customer to get in touch with their respective bank.
Click on the"send Comms" option to send more details to the customer via SMS (mandate) and inform the same to the customers.
