Download themes according to your TWRP version...
There 3 types of Android L theme available.
1. Dark
2. Light
3. Play
(I'll recommend the Play version. It is small and beautiful)
1. Download the theme of your choice and rename it to "ui.zip".
2. On SD card (if device has internal and external storage, use the internal) open TWRP folder and create a folder called"theme", without capital letters.
3. Copy ui.zip to theme folder.
4. Restart to recovery.
Extra-
Get an intelligent and easy File manager on TWRP. (It makes our work to do faster)

Then click the palate Icon in the main page of recovery and tick " use Aroma file manager"
Next time when Aroma File Manager will be opened, when u click the File manager option. :D :D :D
