진안군에서 후원하고, 부귀농협에서 주최한 이번 비대면(온라인) 김치축제는 28년의 역사를 자랑하는 마이산김치공장에서 최초로 열린 행사였다.

식품의약품안전처는 1일 이같은 내용을 골자로 하는 2021년 하반기부터 달라지는 식품·의약품 정책을 소개했다.

어린이 급식과 외식 등에 대한 영양·안전 관리를 강화한다. 영양사를 두지 않은 소규모 어린이 급식소는 12월까지 전국에 설치된 어린이급식관리지원센터에 의무 등록해 급식 위생·영양 관리를 받아야 한다.

연구진은 골마지를 형성한 효모의 종류와 특징을 확인하기 위해 배추김치와 갓김치, 열무김치, 백김치를 수집해 차세대 염기서열 분석을 진행했다. 차세대 염기서열 분석법은 DNA를 여러 조각으로 분해한 다음, 조각별 염기서열을 조합하는 방식으로 전체 정보를 해독하는 기술이다.
