Cooking With the Heat and Spice of Anaheim Peppers
The Anaheim pepper is such a piquant chile that really gives a kick to any dish cooked with it. Learn more about this aromatic chile, and use it to lend a dimension to otherwise ordinary dishes. What exactly is an Anaheim pepper anyway? As the title implies, Anaheim peppers are also called after a small town in California. Although the pepper originated in the southern part of the US, it is now predominant in all of the Pacific Northwest, and especially in British Columbia, Canada.

The pepper was introduced into Mexico via the sailors of the Spanish Empire, and they used it to flavour food. They also mixed the peppers with spices to make a hot and spicy concoction that was originally called "Amanchor". The name for the small town within Mexico where these peppers originate is "Amenchor" - which means "red".

As mentioned above, the original name for this pepper is "Amenchor", but today it is most commonly referred to as the Anaheim or bell pepper, even though there is no relation between the two words. The smaller capsicum found in these peppers are generally referred to as anaheims - or red heat. But these peppers will still be found in various colours, as well as various sizes: from large (up to 9oz) and small (under a quarter-inch). In addition, the skin can be very thin or quite thick, and the seeds can vary in size, from quite small, to large.

Some varieties of anaheims do not have a seed and are instead produced by pollination from leafy greens such as lettuce, cabbage and chives. Other varieties produce fruit - often larger than those found in the wild. And still other types of peppers, some of which were so small they could not be consumed, are now so large that they are exported to restaurants all over the world! These "super-sized" peppers are called Cayenne peppers and are often used to prepare dishes for special occasions like Mexican fajitas, and are often found in Mexico's Guadalajara region.

Today, most people associate anaheim Chiles with the taste of hot, spicy food - and they are right to do so! But these peppers can be used in a variety of different recipes and are also excellent in soups and stews. They are great in a variety of different foods. For example, if you are looking for a great way to add some colour and flavor to a stew or soup, you can easily do this by adding some dried Anaheim Chiles to it. You can also steam these piquant peppers, which will help to release their vapors.

Another great thing about using dried Anaheim peppers is that you can season your food with them, as well. If you would like to make a Mexican dish with a kick, try spicing your Mexican food with dried Anaheim bell peppers. best quick cheap pcb prototype make an excellent addition to chili, or you can take this concept a step further and make a stuffed pepper or two using them. In fact, I would encourage you to experiment - there is no limit to the things you can do with dried Anaheim peppers.
