Roberto: supports idea, feels chicken and egg, confused about reverse, we need to clarify from the start who needs what at each stage. in VLV becomes a reason for design side is too vague to be a firm commitment. what level of accuracy is required in regards of time. Depends on what PMM will use the VLV for.
Who is the owner of the calculation-> we need to be clear who should run it. i.e MCM defines MCM contribution, not sales.
IAN: we need to take back old paper clarifying roles and responsibilities. AXO set the way. VLV team just sets targets (i.e leasing penetration)
Laurent: MCM 2.0 currently the targets are working to TFS, they set penetration target, they set profits per unit/model, MCM does calculations, original responsibility comes from TFS. Issue I see is when you want data very early in the process MCM and TFS cannot provide (currently).
Anna: in this case, TFS is one of main stakeholders at N-3.
James: this would fall under christian Ruben's team. we work with Roberto's team but if you look earlier in the planning stage we cannot support currently. In terms of acutal profitability is very difficult to estimate etc Kolon office maybe can do this, but kolon is more general (model agnostic) they are more finance focused.
But if there is a gap to fill it would certainly start with Christian's team.

V2 is probably not necessary as an "official step" (Roberto)
