Welcome staff...

Here is where I have to decided to post staff titles and duties/characteristics.
Please note that this structure may be used in other servers by other members of our group.

Owner: generally speaking the owner is the big boss of that individual server, but nobody like a bossy person. The owner should be kind and understanding to their staff, and let them play their roles in the staff structure.

Co-Owner: this is the one in charge while the owner is away. They should share the same qualities as the owner and simply just be there for support and direction! the co-owner should be someone that the owner knows and trusts in making decisions. As well as someone the rest of the staff knows and respects.

Director Of Operations: This person is in charge of all operations under the owner and co-owner. They will have help from their Assistant Director for preforming theirs tasks and duties. They will recognize non staff skills and also recommend those who seem worthy for a position in an occupation or as staff depending on the individual!

Assistant Director Of Operations: Self explanatory... assists the Director.

Occupational Director: In charge of encouraging and placing regular players in occupational positions in which they can earn money and either start their own business (being authorized by the board), or working in an occupation in which they like to preform.

Occupational Deputies: (3) These are sometimes non staff members, or low staff (mods) who assist the O.D. with finding and placing players in jobs. The O.D. and the deputies will most likely work out of the trade school and assist players in choosing a job.
